C&R Prime Solutions is a Central Florida post-construction cleaning and general labor staffing company — not a general janitorial service. Every crew is trained for the sequencing and quality standards of construction turnover.

Our Story

Started in Davenport.
Built for the jobsite.

C&R Prime Solutions was founded in Davenport, Florida in 2025 with a simple focus: give general contractors a cleaning and labor partner that understands a construction schedule, not just a mop and bucket.

Led by CEO Francisco Antonio Cantillano, the company built its crews, insurance program, and quality process specifically around the pace of multifamily, student housing, senior living, hospitality, and mixed-use construction turnover.

Since then, C&R Prime has worked alongside general contractors across the Orlando metro, Tampa, and South Florida — documenting a clean safety record and building the certificates, references, and project history that GCs need for prequalification.
